This is a photo of the new monorail that is currently under construction across Dubai. I wonder what the same scene looks like now? I'm looking forward to finding out and having a ride on the Palm Island section, which is now up and running. When it is finished, it should help the huge traffic jams that seem to be a constant feature of the city.

ReplyDeleteHi my husband and I spent 3 months earlier this year around Dubai and were in awe at the speed the monorail was being constructed.
ReplyDeleteLike the M6 the traffic sits like a car park for most of the time so this is going to bring in even more tourists who should be able to relax and enjoy the experience.
